SENIOR LEADERSHIP
Cliff Adams has over 25 years of experience in investment banking and industry.
Prior to joining CDP, Mr. Adams was a Vice President in investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Global Industrial and Services Groups. At CSFB, Mr. Adams executed transactions for a variety of energy technology, energy, and industrial clients. Previously, Mr. Adams worked for Ford Motor Company in engineering and business planning, including five years working in Japan.
Mr. Adams holds BS and MS degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Jonathan Anzaldo has over 20 years of experience in investment banking.
Prior to joining CDP, Mr. Anzaldo was a Director in investment banking at Credit Suisse, where he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group. At Credit Suisse, Mr. Anzaldo executed a broad spectrum of M&A including corporate mergers, acquisitions, sales, divestitures, spin-offs, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts and hostile/defense assignments. His industry experience includes general industrials, healthcare, chemicals and real estate with significant experience in cross border transactions.
Mr. Anzaldo holds a dual BS degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

J. Scott Magrane has spent over 35 years advising power related enterprises including utilities, independent power companies, rural electric cooperatives, governments and energy technology companies.
Prior to founding CDP, Mr. Magrane spent 15 years with Goldman Sachs & Co. where his responsibilities encompassed all manner of corporate finance and strategic advisory activities. While at Goldman, he started the firm's Energy Technology effort. Mr. Magrane began his career and spent 10 years with Blyth, Eastman Dillon & Co. and Paine Webber where he specialized in energy and power project finance.
Mr. Magrane holds a BA from the College of Wooster and an MBA from Wharton.
Ramki Srinivasan has over 25 years of management consulting and operational experience working in America and Asia, and expertise in multiple industries including renewable energy, recycling, oil & gas, chemicals, software technology, and industrial products.
Dr. Srinivasan is passionate about sustainability, and has been building green businesses including extensive experience developing, commissioning, and operating wind and solar farms, and used oil re-refineries. Earlier, Dr. Srinivasan served as the President at Orient Green Power Ltd (OGPL), led the IPO of the company along with the main shareholder, and raised $200 million. Prior to his career in industry, Dr. Srinivasan was an Engagement Manager in McKinsey & Company's Atlanta office.
Dr. Srinivasan holds a PhD in mechanical engineering from University of Rochester and an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon.

Brian Mullen has over 30 years of experience in the investment banking industry.
His focus is on financial services, healthcare, and general industrial sectors. Prior to CDP, Mr. Mullen spent 22 years in the Investment Banking Divisions of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse, most recently as a Managing Director of CSFB's European Investment Banking Group. Mr. Mullen served as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for DLJ's European Investment Banking Group in London and was a member of DLJ International's Operating Committee.
Mr. Mullen holds a BS from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Colin R. Knudsen has over 30 years of experience in the investment banking industry.
His focus is on Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) sectors. Prior to re-joining CDP, Mr. Knudsen served as Managing Director, Investment Banking at BTIG. Before joining BTIG, he co-founded CDP and served as Managing Director for a dozen years. Prior to CDP, Mr. Knudsen served for 18 years in the Investment Banking Divisions of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse, acting as Co-Head of both firm’s Internet Infrastructure Services Group. He was a member of the DLJ’s New Economy Investment Fund and was a two-time recipient of DLJ’s Super Achiever Award.
Mr. Knudsen holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.
