Cliff Adams has over 25 years of experience in investment banking and industry.
Prior to joining CDP, Mr. Adams was a Vice President in investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Global Industrial and Services Groups. At CSFB, Mr. Adams executed transactions for a variety of energy technology, energy and industrial clients. Previously, Mr. Adams worked for Ford Motor Company in engineering and business planning, including five years working in Japan.
Mr. Adams holds BS and MS degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Jonathan Anzaldo has over 20 years of experience in investment banking.
Prior to joining CDP, Mr. Anzaldo was a Director in investment banking at Credit Suisse, where he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group. At Credit Suisse, Mr. Anzaldo executed a broad spectrum of M&A including corporate mergers, acquisitions, sales, divestitures, spin-offs, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts and hostile/defense assignments. His industry experience includes general industrials, healthcare, chemicals and real estate with significant experience in cross border transactions.
Mr. Anzaldo holds a dual BS degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Wharton Business School.

Robert E. Diemar, Jr.

Bob Diemar has over 35 years experience in the investment banking and private equity industry.
Prior to founding CDP, Mr. Diemar was a partner of Southeast Interactive Technology Fund, a venture capital fund. Mr. Diemar spent 28 years in the Investment Banking Divisions of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse First Boston where he executed growth and buyout financings for energy, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, technology and telecom companies. Mr. Diemar began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Dillon, Read & Co.
He holds a BA from Princeton University and an MBA from Dartmouth College.
J. Scott Magrane has spent over 35 years advising power related enterprises including utilities, independent power companies, rural electric cooperatives, governments and energy technology companies.
Prior to founding CDP, Mr. Magrane spent 15 years with Goldman Sachs & Co. where his responsibilities encompassed all manner of corporate finance and strategic advisory activities. While at Goldman, he started the firm's Energy Technology effort. Mr. Magrane began his career and spent 10 years with Blyth, Eastman Dillon & Co. and Paine Webber where he specialized in energy and power project finance.
Mr. Magrane holds a BA from the College of Wooster and an MBA from Wharton.

Charles E. Leonard III

Chuck Leonard has over 35 years of operational, corporate development and corporate finance experience.
Prior to joining CDP, Mr. Leonard spent three years as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Solucient LLC, a $100 million healthcare information services company. Mr. Leonard served as President of VNU's Marketing Information Services Group from 1990 to 2001 growing company revenues from $70 to $400 million. Mr. Leonard began his career with DuPont where he led the commercialization of Tyvek. Mr. Leonard serves on the Board of Directors of Solucient, Allrecipes, Innovative Systems and Omnicom, and has served on the National Science Foundation Advisory Board.
Mr. Leonard holds BS and BA degrees from MIT and Middlebury College and an MBA from Wharton.

Brian Mullen has over 30 years of experience in the investment banking industry.
His focus is on financial services, healthcare, and general industrial sectors. Prior to CDP, Mr. Mullen spent 22 years in the Investment Banking Divisions of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse, most recently as a Managing Director of CSFB's European Investment Banking Group. Mr. Mullen served as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for DLJ's European Investment Banking Group in London and was a member of DLJ International's Operating Committee.

Ramki Srinivasan has over 25 years of management consulting and operational experience working in America and Asia, and expertise in multiple industries including renewable energy, recycling, oil & gas, chemicals, software technology, and industrial products.
Dr. Srinivasan is passionate about sustainability, and has been building green businesses including extensive experience developing, commissioning, and operating wind and solar farms, and used oil re-refineries. Earlier, Dr. Srinivasan served as the President at Orient Green Power Ltd (OGPL), led the IPO of the company along with the main shareholder, and raised $200 million. Prior to his career in industry, Dr. Srinivasan was an Engagement Manager in McKinsey & Company's Atlanta office.
Dr. Srinivasan holds a PhD in mechanical engineering from University of Rochester and an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon.
Kevin Tahmoush has over 25 years of operating experience across multiple segments of the healthcare sector.
Mr. Tahmoush’s experience includes demonstrated success owning and managing functions including General Management, Business Development / M&A, Corporate Strategy, and Marketing. With a strong focus in M&A and Business Development, Mr. Tahmoush has led and completed all aspects of M&A deals for Johnson & Johnson in the medical device space, PerkinElmer in analytical sciences and Philips across Imaging, Mammography, and Healthcare Informatics including the emerging field of Population Health Analytics.
Mr. Tahmoush holds BE and MSE degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and Tulane University and an MBA from Weatherhead School of Management at CWRU.
