Michael R. Pagano - Vice President

Mr. Michael R. Pagano is currently a Vice President at Coady Diemar Partners. Since joining Coady Diemar in 2004, Mike has advised clients on business sales, mergers, acquisitions and private capital raising activities. He has served clients across a number of sectors, including education, consumer products, energy, financial services, telecommunications and transportation. Mike has experience advising both small and large companies, having participated in transactions with enterprise values ranging from $8 million to approximately $6 billion.

Prior to working in banking, Mike spent five years advising clients as a management consultant at both Andersen Consulting and Vettro Corporation.

Mike holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.
