Colin R. Knudsen - Managing Director Colin Knudsen has over 25 years of experience in the investment banking industry advising companies in the traditional and digital media, marketing and communications sectors. He has initiated and managed for clients complex acquisitions, sales and mergers and also public and private equity and debt financings. Prior to founding CDP, Mr. Knudsen was a Managing Director of the Technology, Media and Telecommunications groups within the Investment Banking divisions of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse First Boston. He also served as Co-Head of the Internet Infrastructure/Data Services groups of both firms and was a member of the Investment Committees of the DLJ New Economy Fund and DLJ Fund of Funds. Mr. Knudsen holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia University. |
