Bob Diemar has over 35 years experience in the investment banking and private equity industry. Prior to founding CDP, Mr. Diemar was a partner of Southeast Interactive Technology Fund, a venture capital fund. Mr. Diemar spent 28 years in the Investment Banking Divisions of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse First Boston where he executed growth and buyout financings for energy, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, technology and telecom companies. Mr. Diemar began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Dillon, Read & Co. He holds a BA from Princeton University and an MBA from Dartmouth College.
