Allied Dairy Products, Inc. Acquires Trugman Nash, Inc.

Allied Dairy Products, Inc., owner of MCT Dairies, has acquired Trugman Nash, Inc. a family owned cheese importer established over 60 years ago. Allied Dairy Products, Inc. is a New Jersey based corporation specializing in food importing, exporting and distribution. The Trugman-Nash acquisition will enhance Allied Dairy Products' domestic distribution of U.S. dairy products and ingredients as well as its distribution of imported dairy products.

Coady Diemar Partners, LLC acted as exclusive financial advisor to Allied Dairy Products, Inc.

Ken Meyers, CEO of Allied Dairy Products, commented about the acquisition:
